Compressors & refrigeration spares
Include manufacturer, model, serial number and the relevant part reference. Photos of the nameplate and the component help distinguish configurations within the same product family.
Service & maintenance requests
Describe the equipment, reported symptoms, alarms and the work requested. Add service history and a vessel access window so the team can assess the enquiry and discuss the scope.

Attach the original technical documents and review any extracted information before submitting your request.
Read the equipment identification
Provide the manufacturer and model of the system and compressor. Attach a clear nameplate photo rather than relying on an incomplete description.
Specify the refrigerant and quantity
Use the refrigerant designation recorded for the installed system. State the requested supply quantity separately from the nominal system charge.
Share the relevant history
Include the latest service report, leak findings or component references when available. These records help explain the enquiry; they do not replace a technical inspection.
Confirm vessel and port details
Add the vessel, destination country, port and requested delivery date. Packaging, handling, documentation and supply feasibility are confirmed for the specific request.

Start with Instant Quotation or sign in to Vessel Passport. Add your vessel and delivery port, attach the relevant files and check the item details. Submit the RFQ for the KONTES MARINE team to review. Sending a request does not reserve stock or place an order.
Before you send your request
Can I order a different refrigerant for the same system?
Do not assume refrigerants are interchangeable. Identify the installed refrigerant and equipment first. Any proposed change needs assessment against the manufacturer’s requirements and the applicable operating conditions.
Can I keep a service history for each system?
Yes. In Vessel Passport, select your equipment and open Refrigeration Passport. Record refrigerant details, nominal charge, service events and certificates in the owning account.
Does the equipment QR make my records public?
No. The QR opens a link to the equipment record. Access still requires signing in with the owning account. Uploading a certificate does not verify its contents or certify compliance.
