Attach the original technical documents and review any extracted information before submitting your request.
Identify the equipment
Manufacturer, model, serial number and the complete part number. Include a drawing position or catalogue page when the reference is ambiguous.
Build your parts list
Use one row per item, with quantity and unit. Upload an Excel sheet, PDF, Word document or clear photograph with the original references.
Set the delivery requirement
Name the vessel, delivery country and port, required date and any known port-call window. State whether partial supply is acceptable.
Explain acceptable alternatives
Tell us if you require the specified part only or would like alternatives reviewed. An alternative must be checked for compatibility before acceptance.

Yes. Use a parts list for a multi-item RFQ and review the extracted rows before requesting indicative prices or submitting. Check part numbers, quantities and units against your original document.

Is an indicative estimate an official offer?
